The Govee WiFi Temperature Humidity Monitor Wireless Temperature Sensor allows you to build your smart home. This device can get exact temperature and humidity readings around your home, with a temperature range of -4°F to 140°F (-20°C to 60°C) and humidity range of 0 to 99%. The temperature accuracy is ±0.54°F/±0.3°C, and humidity accuracy is ±3%.

The monitor has dimensions of 3.01 inch x 2.06 inch x 0.9 inch and weighs 3.21 Ounces. It uses 3 AAA batteries (included) and has an on-board data storage of 20 days and in-app storage of 2 years. It is compatible with both iPhone and Android devices.

There are two connection options - Bluetooth and WiFi. The Bluetooth distance (without obstructions) is 50ft/15m, while the WiFi range requires the router to be within 196ft/60m (no obstructions). The device will enter sleep mode at 10-minute intervals to save battery, during which it will still log data but won't connect to WiFi to upload.

The Govee Home app provides instant alerts whenever temperature and humidity levels fall out of the preset ranges, ensuring a healthy living environment. The app also allows you to monitor and control multiple devices, view detailed data trends, and export up to 2 years of data in CSV format.

Setting up the device is easy - simply download the "Govee Home" app, sign up for an account, add the device H5051, and connect it to your home WiFi network. The thermometer can be placed anywhere using the included adhesive tape or tabletop stand.

If you encounter any issues connecting the device to your WiFi, it could be due to an incorrect password, incompatible router (device only supports 2.4GHz networks), or weak WiFi signal. Replacing the batteries may also help if the device can no longer connect after several months of use.
