Smart Thermostat for Home, No C-Wire Required

The product package includes a C-wire adapter. Please carefully check whether your connection wire meets the installation requirements. If your thermostat has stranded wires or is labeled 120V or higher, your system is not compatible.

Wide Compatibility with C-wire Adapter: Please confirm that you have the R (R/Rc/RH), Y, and G wires when you use the C-wire Adapter. The thermostat is suitable for Conventional (2H/2C) and Heat Pump (4H/2C) systems. It does not support heating-only systems (no C-wire) or high voltage systems (120-240V).

What if there is no C-wire? The package includes a C-wire adapter and requires your system to have the following wires: 4 wires - W/W1, Y/Y1, G, and R(or Rc or Rh); or 3 wires - Y/Y1, G, and R(or Rc or Rh). If you do not have these wires, your system may not be compatible.

Temperature Calibration: If the displayed temperature is inaccurate within 1.5 hours after installation, please do not adjust it, as the product will adjust itself during this time period. You can also manually adjust the temperature in "Menu->Settings->T/H Correction".

Sensor Operation: You can set the working time for the sensor. When the presence of a human body is detected during this time, the temperature displayed is the average value of the temperature sensed by the thermostat and the sensor.

System Compatibility: The thermostat is compatible with Conventional (2H/2C), Heat Pump (4H/2C), natural gas, electric, hot water, steam or gravity, gas fireplaces (24 Volts), oil heat sources, and heat pump, dual fuel systems.
